**Job Description**:
We are excited to be recruiting an Administrator to support an Engineering and Operations departments.
This is a brand new position so the person needs to have an element of flexibility and adaptability.
The main duties will be:

- Log machine defects onto internal systems.
- Update internal systems as and when repairs are carried out.
- Manage site action log alongside engineering department keeping track of job progress.
- Helping in maintaining critical spares list and inventory management.
- Entering data onto internal system to track plant performance.
- Liaising with external contractors to follow up on requested quotes.
- Entering internal safety reports onto internal systems and closing out once corrective actions have been completed.
- Collating quotes to be shared with the engineering team.
- Keep internal documents up to date for Mobile Plant to highlight when servicing, LOLER inspections etc are due.
- Managing PAT schedule for the business

The successful person will have the following skills:

- An understanding of project management would be beneficial
- Someone happy to be proactive and happy to chase and follow quotes
- Friendly and a confident personality
- Work well in a team
