**About the role**:
You will be working from home and will be supporting young people across Warwickshire so access to a vehicle will be required. As a Children & Young Persons Domestic Abuse Caseworker you will be working closely with the children's team to offer support to children and young people in schools or community settings.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include delivering support to young victims of crime, using appropriate service guidance and policy framework, both on a 1:1 basis and through the delivery of small group work sessions. You will develop and deliver innovative interventions to address the needs of children and young people, involving them in service design, delivery and evaluation. The role will also require you to develop good working relationships with partner agencies.
