**What you'll do**
We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior HR Assistant to join our busy HR department. You will be leading a team of three who make up our HR Hub, ensuring the delivery of a first-rate administrative HR service to the business.
This role presents a real opportunity for ownership as you will be responsible for optimising our existing HR systems and processes, including the way we produce all of our HR documentation, our approach to the various stages of the employee life-cycle and the ongoing management of our HR system.
The HR Hub provides an essential function to the business and as the lead in this team, you will build relationships with key stakeholders, working closely with our fellow Business Service teams to ensure that all employee changes and new starter arrangements are communicated and managed effectively. You will also support the other members of the Hub to deliver an unparalleled people service through identifying successful ways to resolve issues and respond to queries within a quick timescale.
As a Senior HR Assistant, you will be joining a friendly and collegiate HR team, who regularly manage projects which require input from all of the different HR specialisms. This means plenty of scope for getting involved in wider HR initiatives and collaborating with all members of the team.

**Who you are**
You will be someone who relishes any opportunity to solve a problem and improve efficiencies, so reviewing processes and making full use of available systems will form part of your natural approach to working. You will also be highly-organised and comfortable with the prospect of co-ordinating and encouraging a team to ensure all deadlines are met and projects are completed.
You will be working with stakeholders across the business, so being confident and able to engage others is essential. You will take pride in delivering a fantastic service to our people so a positive, can-do attitude is key, as well being able to focus on the finer details when required.
The HR Generalist team work closely with each other so it is extremely important that you are a team-player, who is willing to get stuck in to a variety of tasks and projects. You will not be afraid to contribute creative ideas and suggestions in a team setting.
You will already have experience working in an HR function, preferably in a professional services setting and you will be eager to further develop your career by taking on greater responsibility and managing a team.
