We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our busy HR team in our Exeter office.

This is a full time role working 9am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday.

**The Role**:
administrative support in our HR team. You will take particular responsibility for coordinating and driving HR

projects forward, ensuring that deadlines are met. You will therefore need to be confident in your approach with

good communication skills.

You will work on projects and support the team in all areas of the HR mix, including recruitment, graduate

recruitment & apprenticeships, training and learning, reward, employee relations and wellbeing. You will also

deal with compliance related tasks and liaising with third party suppliers.

A multi-tasking face-paced role, you will need excellent organisational and time management skills, alongside

problem solving and decision making abilities. You will work closely with all members of the HR team to provide

high quality administrative support, and coordinate and facilitate the end to end running of HR projects efficiently

and effectively.

**About You**:
You will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Senior HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator within

an existing HR team. A good up to date understanding of employment law, and experience of working in a law

firm is desirable but not essential.

You will have a full and busy workload, so it is essential that you can meet deadlines and remain calm under

pressure, be proactive and take initiative, be flexible and adaptable in your approach, and have excellent

communication and interpersonal skills. Key to this role is confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.

You will also need to be proficient in all areas of ICT, including experience of using HR software.
