HR Administrator

Embark on a career where you are valued and supported in everything you do by joining the team at our new service, The Copse in Weston-Super-Mare as an HR Administrator.
Working 37.5 hours a week between Monday to Friday, you will turn your hand to all HR administrative duties, from welcoming new starters, arranging meetings, data collection, managing staff payroll and implementing and promoting HR policies and proceduresthroughout the service.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Alert Management and ensure Return to work interviews are completed within 48 hours of the staff member returning to work
- Ensure management arrange AIP meetings with staff who have hit a trigger point and administer the process through to fruition
- Run Honeydew absence reports on a weekly basis as to who has outstanding tasks on honeydew and who has reached a trigger point, this is to be sent to all relevant Managers.
- Ensure payroll is made aware of any information such as maternity and paternity, leaver's forms to payroll before cut off.
- Driver's list - adding new members to the drivers list. Getting these approved.
- Providing policies to employees as and when requested.
- Ensure all staff who are injured at work are contacted in the first instance in line with the care requirements
**To be successful in this role, you will**:
- GCSE certificate, Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
- HR administration experience in a similar role or HR-related qualification
- Knowledge of working with systems to support HR and Finance Departments
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in dealing with cash and performing reconciliations (desirable but not essential)
