**The HR Administrator Role**:
Are you a motivated individual seeking to further your HR skills whilst working for a leading organisation? This could be a great opening to advancing your HR career. You will become experienced in many aspect of HR, including recruitment and selection, contract renewal, leavers, promotions, probation and performance development.
You’ll be a first port of call for varying HR enquiries; you’ll interact and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and your confidence will grow as you flourish in this exciting position.
**Key responsibilities of our HR Administrator**:
- Entering data into the HR systems and any other recording systems, ensuring this is up to date and the data entered is accurate whilst maintaining relevant documentation and filing systems, whether electronic or manual
- Administering HR transactions and documentation (such as amendments to contracts of employment, changes to personal details and absence information) and provide data and reports as requested
- Assisting in dealing with grievance or disciplinary investigations
- Preparing and managing administration for third party providers as appropriate
- Preparing all the information to send to payroll and ensure it is accurate
- Closely liaising with payroll to handle any queries
- Acting as first point of contact for relevant HR queries and escalate when appropriate
- Contributing to the effective working of the HR team to ensure seamless service line delivery
- Ensuring a focus on accuracy through self-review and peer checking
**What we’re looking for in our HR Administrator**:
The following qualifications and experience are ideal, although not essential:
- Excellent HR administration experience
- Excellent knowledge of HR Administration processes
- Previous recruitment experience
- Ideally assisted with dealing with payroll previously
- Communicates well both verbally and in writing
- Flexible approach to work and is a team player with a track record of successfully prioritising work and managing time effectively
- Excellent organisational skills
- Records information accurately
