The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

- Taking charge of the absence management process
- Overseeing a caseload of employee relations, such as disciplinary actions and grievances, in compliance with employment law and regulations
- Handling all facets of payroll administration
- Addressing HR-related inquiries and escalating when needed
- Collaborating with occupational health services
- Keeping the employee database up-to-date and maintained
- Offering assistance to the HR Business Partner.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR Advisor will have:

- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Adept at handling a demanding workload, adapting to shifting priorities
- A sincere ambition to achieve and excel
