**Service Desk Engineer**

**Bath / Hybrid**

**Salary £25,000**

An exciting opportunity for an **Service Desk Engineer**to join a leading South West based company providing outstanding technical support to users throughout the company. The Technology Support team field a range of enquiries from users whohave reoccurring problems that require longer term assistance.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1st line support with some 2nd line support.
- Ability to deal with complex tickets with troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware and software issues.
- Dealing with user's issues on the phone, with some face-to-face, and providing a great customer experience.
- Liaising with a variety of teams and users to find solutions.
- Deploying software using SCCM.
- Managing user's escalations and VIP tickets.

**Skills**:

- Experience of providing user technical support in a Windows 10 IT environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office 365 and components.
- Good understanding of Operating Systems, Mobile devices, and Peripherals.
- Technically experienced with LAN infrastructure.
