Elevation Accountancy and Finance are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident Accounts Payable Assistant to join a reputable business based in the Scunthorpe area. This role is an ongoing temporary position with thepotential for permanency.

Duties of the Purchase Ledger Data Processor include:

- Support the business in managing invoice processing workflow
- Review and perform accurate matching of high volumes of invoices and credits within a timely manner
- Resolution of any invoice queries as required
- Provide an additional level of support/cover when team members are away to assist the wider team with workload
- Participation in any process improvements as required
Role requirements include:

- Knowledge and experience of Accounts Payable systems and processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft and ideally an experienced user of SAP or other ERP systems
- Have intermediate skills on excel including pivot tables and v-look ups
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Numerate and Logical
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Pay attention to fine detail
