**Overview**:
A multinational retailer is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Customer Analytics to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts and scientists to deliver insightful customer analytics tohelp drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**:
You will:

- Build and lead a team of data analysts and scientists to deliver insightful customer analytics
- Create and implement the data environment, tools, and processes to support customer analytics
- Develop and maintain customer analytics dashboards and reports
- Provide strategic recommendations to business leaders based on customer insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric decision-making
- Monitor and track the performance of customer metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain predictive models to identify potential customer behaviour patterns and trends
- Conduct customer segmentation analysis to support targeted marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics and data science

**Key Requirements**:
You don't have to tick all the following boxes but we'd love to hear from you if you have some of the following experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer analytics, data science, or related field
- Strong experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including data modeling, segmentation, and statistical analysis
- Experience with building and maintaining data environments and analytical platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
- Experience leading and managing a team of data analysts and scientists
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Experience working with CRM systems and customer data
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis and programming languages
