About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in ecommerce analytics, customer insights, and trading analytics. Your expertise will help us drive growth, optimize the customer experience, and foster customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce and customer analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the creation, delivery, and enhancement of ecommerce and customer analytics using Tableau visualization.
  • Define and track EU key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer acquisition, loyalty program engagement, and site trading metrics.
  • Proactively report on trading and customer trends and insights.
  • Communicate insights effectively through compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports tailored to different audiences.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in ecommerce analytics, customer analytics, trading analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of leading motivated teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data-driven strategies that drive growth, improve customer loyalty, and optimize trading outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using various data analysis tools and techniques.
