An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Retention Executive** to join our team at** Lloyd BMW, Carlisle retailer.**

As a Retention Executive your duties will include:

- Proactively contacting our customers via various communication tools in line with their vehicles servicing & maintenance requirements.
- Taking in bound phone calls, delivering a high level of customer service in accommodating our customer’s to suit their needs.
- Load workshop bookings in line with available capacity ensuring the work load can be managed in an organised manner.
- Offer an accurate price and suitable mobility offer when required.
- Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive impression of the Sales and Service Department
- Taking bookings via telephone, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle sales and additional services available
- Upsell additional service items / repairs due on customers vehicles
- Working towards monthly targets
- Assisting the Service Advisors as and when required

An ideal Retention Executive will hold the following skills and experiences:

- Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Services and Sales department.
- Customer relations experience via telephone and face to face
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
- Must be IT literate, and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

**Salary: Between £25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum**
