**Overview**:

We are actively headhunting a dynamic Associate Director of Clinical Services with a specialized focus on Quality Improvement within Mental Health. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to the development and implementation of the hospital's quality strategy while providing clinical leadership to the team.

As part of the senior management team, you will report directly to the Hospital Director, ensuring that quality indicators, care standards, and regulatory requirements are met. Your role will focus on quality improvement, engaging in monitoring and auditing processes, and providing guidance and coaching to drive continuous improvement across the entire hospital.

This role will need the ADOCS to focus on quality improvement areas, ensuring that care standards remain at their highest and most robust. They will accept responsibility for ensuring that quality is at the forefront of their minds in whatever they do to guarantee that service consumers receive the best possible treatment. The ADOCS would be responsible for both quality monitoring and auditing, as well as promoting quality improvement throughout the hospital by providing direction and coaching to ensure that all members of staff are able to meet the hospital's quality objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Valid NMC registration as an RMN nurse
- Management experience in nursing and expertise in quality improvement
- Inpatient Mental Health setting experience
- Understanding of CQC requirements
- Clear DBS with no restrictions

**Salary and Corporate Benefits**:

- Up to £55,000 annual salary (DOE)
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing by a further 2 days after 5 years
