We have a current opening for a role with Slough. The postholder will be responsible for Communications, data analysis and logistics support for the safeguarding partnerships in Slough.

**MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB**:
To be the first point of contact for partners and stakeholders and liaise between partners as appropriate.

To communicate effectively with partners, ensuring they are regularly updated on safeguarding developments.

To regularly update the website and social media, and the partnership newsletter.

To prepare reports for the safeguarding partnership as required.

To collate intelligence, analyse data, including performance data and carry out research to inform the activities of the partnership, supporting decision making by partners.

To collate information and support the Case Review process including retrospective and prospective data analysis to inform future direction of the partnership..

To co-ordinate the safeguarding partnerships’ training programme including communications with participants and trainers and ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently and to carry out analysis of training data.

To provide high quality logistics support for key meetings including arrangement of meetings, collation of agendas and supporting documents, papers and distributing to Partners in a timely way and recording meetings swiftly and accurately and completing high standard minutes in good time

To ensure up to date and accurate membership of the partnership groups.

To support the Safeguarding Manager in managing the day to day business of the safeguarding partnership.

To support the safeguarding partnership manage in financial management, including the raising and processing of invoices, monitoring income and expenditure and regular reports to the safeguarding partnership manager and partners.

To undertake a range of administrative activity including photocopying, distributing information, answering and directing phone calls, room bookings and arranging meetings.

Maintain confidentiality in accordance with legislation, data protection and human rights and ensure the security of highly sensitive and confidential information.

The duties and responsibilities in this JD are not restrictive and the post holder may be required to undertake any other duties which may be required.
