**Interim Safeguarding Partnership Co-Ordinator**

**Enhanced DBS disclosure required** Providing high level logistics, administration and communications support to Slough Safeguarding Partnership Key responsibilities:

- To be the first point of contact for partners and stakeholders and liaise between partners as appropriate.
- To communicate effectively with partners, ensuring they are regularly updated on safeguarding developments.
- To regularly update the website and social media, and the partnership newsletter.
- To prepare reports for the safeguarding partnership as required.
- To collate intelligence, analyse data, including performance data and carry out research to inform the activities of the partnership, supporting decision making by partners.
- To collate information and support the Case Review process including retrospective and prospective data analysis to inform future direction of the partnership.
- To co-ordinate the safeguarding partnerships’ training programme including communications with participants and trainers and ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently and to carry out analysis of training data.
- To provide high quality logistics support for key meetings including arrangement of meetings, collation of agendas and supporting documents, papers and distributing to Partners in a timely way and recording meetings swiftly and accurately and completing high standard minutes in good time
- To ensure up to date and accurate membership of the partnership groups.
- To support the Safeguarding Manager in managing the day to day business of the safeguarding partnership
