Job Title: Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Coordinator to support our Place-focused community programme. This is a unique opportunity to work with partners in the public, private, and third sectors to address the underlying causes of physical inactivity and apply system change concepts to achieve this aim.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of significant investment into Britwell in Slough, working closely with local partners to develop approaches to community engagement and co-production.
  • Co-ordinate and support local partners working on place expansion, providing reporting information and performance updates to the steering group.
  • Develop training offers and skill development opportunities for partners, utilizing content already created by Sport England and others.
  • Provide strategic communication planning, including social media, to support the programme's objectives.
  • Manage budgets and cash flow, ensuring effective project finance skills.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in an appropriate discipline, such as Community Development or System Change.
  • Experience of strategic planning, system change, or partnership strategy development.
  • Track record of collaborative project management and hitting/exceeding targets.
  • Performance management, motivation, and development of teams and individuals.
  • Understanding of System Change principles or change management techniques.

  • Commitment and dedication to delivering quality work and achieving the best outcomes.
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve high-quality outcomes within set deadlines.
