About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team at N2O Limited. As a key member of our Logistics team, you will provide administrative support to our logistics/warehousing team based at Colnbrook and Bedford, as well as coordinate their activities and travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the internal Help Desk ticketing scheme for the Warehouse/Logistics & Field Support team, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Communicate help desk ticket status to requestors and stakeholders, providing follow-ups and escalating as needed.
  • Support the collation of Logistics', Field Support, and Fleet time sheets and submit pay alterations to Payroll.
  • Coordinate the booking of accommodation and travel arrangements for the logistics team.
  • Monitor and maintain office and staff welfare supplies, as well as logistics team uniform and safety equipment.
  • Perform general administration duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing of documents, typing up meeting notes, managing post, and maintaining contact lists.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets pertaining to internal costings, fleet usage, warehouse storage, additional hours, work-related fines, sickness, and holidays, providing reports to key stakeholders as needed.
  • Help screen and direct incoming calls & messages to appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain and update contact lists.
  • Schedule meetings for logistics and field support, booking meeting rooms as needed.
  • Work with the Mobile Maintenance Manager (FS) to coordinate the maintenance and servicing of promotional and demonstration units across retail outlets.
  • Support the logistics team in ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Support the Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate N2O's range of vans and cars, including hire vehicles.
Requirements
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills.
  • Good at juggling tasks, prioritizing, and working to deadlines.
  • Experience working in an office environment in an administrative capacity.
  • Good working MS Office and Excel knowledge.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Methodical and thorough approach to work.
  • Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Professional outlook.
  • Able to work out of our Colnbrook office.
