**Partnership Executive - £25K - Lower Stretton - MLP**

We're looking for a Partnership Exec to join our team.

Our company is a Martech Agency, we create campaigns and technology platforms bespoke for our clients. We work with some of the world's biggest names from Financial Services to Retail. The role will be hybrid working, between work from home and office-based. Ideally, you will have a driving license for this role.

Our company prides itself on growth from within so there are always options to grow within different parts of the business.

**The role of Partnership Exec will**:
The role will be working alongside the Head of Partnerships, sales team, and Product Manager to maximise and grow partners for our clients and business.
**The role will include;**
- Creating content for new partnerships to promote online.
- Looking after existing partners and creating new partnerships between brands.
- Using elements of sales to find new partnerships.
- Uploading new partnerships online.
- Liaising with key stakeholders.
- Working with all teams in the business from sales to design.
- Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for maintaining an excellent standard of communication with existing clients and developing relationships.
- Provide support and assistance to the team when delivering creative offers and campaigns (with a wide range of tasks including copy checking, testing, research, customer queries, etc) - ensuring tasks are completed on brief, on time, and on budget to an exceptionally high standard.
- You will coordinate with the creative studio, data team, and other internal stakeholders to assist in the delivery of campaigns and projects.
- Deliver excellent service with a professional ‘can do' attitude.
- Confident on the phone to potential and existing clients, being able to up-sell and maintain relationships.
- Using channels such as LinkedIn to create a personal brand that will promote business and new partnerships.

**Person requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Content/ Copywriting skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management
- Have the ability to multitask across various clients and projects
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally to clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills together with a strong customer-focused approach
- Ability to integrate into a team and work well proactively as an individual
- An interest in marketing and/or a marketing background
- Creative flair when solving problems
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Ability to think on their feet and be proactive in approach to all aspects of the role.
