About the role:

A new and exciting role within the Sales Plan Governance Team, at the heart of Commercial Operations. A team which has accountability for many of the key end-to-end commercial processes within Boots, and the ability to influence and support the wider business to deliver stretching commercial objectives, achieve right first time, and enable operational excellence for our stores.

As Commercial Administrator Assistant you will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Triaging user queries and acting as a bridge between system users and internal support teams, including IT
- Creating and maintaining user facing content and communications
- Consistent delivery of an excellent service in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Actively monitoring progress of documents, recognising where documents have been ‘stuck’ and redirecting to ensure the completion of the process
- Utilising a suite of reports to provide MI for the status of documents within the system
- Maintaining simple system configuration within the tool
- Opportunity to support the Sales Plan Governance team with wider Commercial Operations requirements

What you’ll need to have:

- Desire to learn new technology and processes
- Ability to methodically solve business and technical queries using innovative and well-planned approaches
- An aptitude for problem solving and working with a structured approach, combined with an enquiring mind and the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
- Good communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation, and present technical details to a non-technical audience
- Self-starter who takes ownership of timeliness, quality, and accuracy of work
- Resilient, confident to challenge appropriately, reliable and motivated

It would be great if you also have:

- A knowledge of supplier funding
- Experience of the Boots Sales Plan Process
- Experience of working with systems and fast paced teams
- The want to work in a fun environment whilst delivering work to high standards

Hybrid Working:

We offer our Support Office team members a hybrid working approach - team members must work from our Head Office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as a minimum.
