We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor (Senior Operations Agent) to join our team at our **Lincoln Service Centre, LN6 9BJ.** You will be working **Monday - Friday 10:00 - 20:00**, managing and planning local operations and courier staff to ensure we meet our daily operational, service, quality, and cost targets.

**As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring daily operational targets are met and taking immediate actions to reverse identified areas of under-performance.
- Ensuring pick-up, delivery and shipment processing services are executed in line with service, quality and cost performance standards and targets.
- Ensuring compliance to Regional and Country processes, policies and procedures, and any local external regulatory requirements, that relate to the operational services provided.
- Analysing & providing innovative solutions to service issues
- Supporting the effective implementation and deployment of Regional and Country projects, Programmes, and initiatives within the Service Centre.
- Ensuring that the team is provided with clear performance standards and is staffed, coached, trained and motivated to meet set targets.
- Conducting regular 121’s and annual performance appraisal process for all team members within the agreed timeframes to manage individual performance and job satisfaction.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills
- Operational process knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of Dangerous Goods (preferred)
- Good at establishing working relationships and developing personal contacts.
- Strong personal influencing and consultative skills
- Good analytical and commercial awareness
- Self-motivated with good judgment and decision-making qualities.
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Prior experience would be beneficial, but full training is available.
