**Your tasks**
- To be responsible for contributing to and helping to deliver the Railway market vertical - RailComms budget in EMEA.
- Comprehensive account management of key Railway customers from the Transportation Segment
- Drive and advise on new growth opportunities across the Rail Comms solutions business, reporting monthly to senior management and preparing key information for our partners (KPI’s).
- Understand the market trends and development of the Rail Comms solutions market, and provide feedback to senior management.
- To provide the highest level of service to all customers, external and internal.
- Active support and successful implementation of corporate and segmental strategies.
- Work closely with other railway sales account managers and partners across EMEA to define a Sales Plan.
- Engage in consultative selling approach with key Rail Operators, Systems integrators and OEM’s to design H+S systems solutions in.
- Professional presentations of our solutions to customers.
- Be a major stakeholder in tender processes and bid management taking responsibility to meet deadlines and achieve an acceptable hit rate.
- Responsible for the sales budget in EMEA for the Rail Comms Solutions business.
- Work with Heads of Sales from other areas of the Rail team to ensure a consistent approach is taken with our established customer base.
- Adopt a professional leadership style approach. Further develop the wider EMEA and
- America’s team to ensure key objectives and budget targets are achieved or exceeded

**Your profile**
- In-depth knowledge of the Railway industry and the Communications solutions both for on train and infrastructure
- Background in Sales with proven track record of success and customer.
- A flair for new business and market opportunities.
- Understanding of the HUBER+SUHNER technologies and offering in the Railway market
- The ability to quickly grasp and interpret your customers’ requirements
- Experience of dealing with Railway Customers and Distributors, strong customer orientation and good communication and networking skills
- Open-minded, proactive, target oriented and self-motivated
- Strong team player
- Leadership qualities
- Fluent in English
- Entrepreneurial, creative and innovative thinking
- Sound technical understanding

- Ability to travel in EMEA
- Engineering / Business Degree level preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £60,000.00 per year
