Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

You will work as part of the Client Care team and be the first point of contact for clients and their poorly pets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Face to face client interaction while booking in/admitting/ discharging patients.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Helping clients with payment options.
- Helping to maintain a fantastic relationship with each of our referring practices.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Capable of working as part of a team or on individual tasks
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Shifts between 7.30am and 8.30pm.

General rotation - 1 Week of Early shifts followed by 1 Week of late shifts

Main shift times being - 7.30am-4pm / 8am-4.30 & 12pm-8.30pm with 1 Sunday shift in 5

National minimum Wage (age dependent) during probation rising by £2500 for successful completion
