**Secretary with QuickBooks experience - Part Time**

We are a family business based in Charminster looking for a Secretary with basic bookkeeping experience.

1)Raising client invoices on QuickBooks

2)Marking invoices as paid on QuickBooks and in the invoice book

3)Checking payments on bank statements and marking paid on QuickBooks

6)Provide a monthly statement for some of our clients

7) driving license required

Organised

Fluent English Language

This role is Monday - Friday approximately 16+ hours per week and paid £13.00 per hour depending upon level of experience.
