The Workforce Efficiencies Programme is a critical part of the System Recovery Programme and we are looking for three colleagues to come and join the team on delivering the workstreams within Workforce Efficiencies.

Sustainable and substantive recruitment underpins all workstreams within the Workforce Efficiencies Programme and will be pinnacle in its successes. We are looking for a person with exceptional communication skills and a dynamic personality who can support with bespoke recruitment campaigns, agency conversation and managing team recovery plans.

This post is being offered as a 12 month fixed term contract or secondment opportunity

**Main duties of the job**:
The postholder will be a professional and credible partner to the clinical and operational leaders within service areas identifying and managing key people interventions in partnership.

***The post holder will understand the programme, strategy and requirements of workforce efficiencies for which they are responsible, ensuring people policies and strategies are aligned to support colleague engagement, development, and the delivery of high quality care.

This is a significant role and is pivotal as part of the Workforce Efficiencies programme, responsible for resourcing, including bespoke campaigns and solutions that will provide sustainable solutions and drive down reliance on external resource.
