An administration position has arisen at Gem Ceiling and wall specialists ltd we specialise in plastering and the construction industry.

**The **primary **duties and responsibilities of the Administration Assistant are**:

- Producing and sending out quotes and invoices
- Communicate with our suppliers and customers regarding quotes and invoices
- Data entry and reconciling if possible
- Record keeping and filing
- Purchasing materials and other supplies
- Maintaining vehicle, public liability insurances

**The main skills and requirements are of the experienced Accounts/Administration Assistant are**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role
- High levels of accuracy
- Excellent administration skills
- Hands-on experience with accounting software xero accounts if possible but training given
- Organisation skills
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance

experience using Microsoft Office

**Please note**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500

Part time also an option ,

hours and pay to be discussed.
