We are looking for two customer-focused and organised individuals to join our team as Customer Installations Schedulers. These roles will manage the installation process for our full fibre broadband customers.

Part of the Customer Operations team you will act as the conduit between our customers and our field-based installation engineers. Collaborating with several internal teams (commercial, engineering, customer service) you will develop and maintain our installation schedules and manage the daily dispatch & routing of our field-based installers.

Working with others you will ensure you deliver our installation targets whilst balancing customer requirements, installer resource availability & the complexity of each install.
- Develop & maintain detailed installation schedules, taking into account factors such as install complexity, customer preference & resource availability.
- Keep customers informed, providing them with accurate and timely information about the installation process.
- Tracking co-ordination and rescheduling of failed installations
- Act as point of contact for customers regarding installation scheduling and updates.
- Assign installers to specific jobs based on skills, availability & geographic location.
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or unforeseen issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Collaborate and plan with other departments to overcome obstacles and keep installation targets on track.
- Maintain detailed records of installation schedules, customer communications, and any changes to the original plan.

**What you will bring**

The Installation Scheduler plays a crucial role in ensuring that installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers.
- Previous experience in a contact centre or scheduling role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers & cross-functional teams
- Effective communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential
- A true customer champion, ensuring there is a focus on customer resolution of installation challenges
- The ability to multi task and juggle different activities at the same time
- Strong organizational skills, able to plan & manage timelines, resources and logistics
- Be flexible to work a shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9a, to 5pm on Saturdays
