Homecare Customer Care Technician

Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for an empathetic, customer focussed individual to join our client as a Homecare Technician. This is a full time permanent role offering a competitive salary and the chance to work in a rewarding position witha supportive and employee focussed business.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and you will be on call once every 4 weeks which will include weekends. Additional payment will be made for on call work and overtime.
A company vehicle, PDA, uniform and full training will be provided.
You will be working as part of a team delivering Oxygen to NHS patients at home. This is an important role where your duties will include:

- Attending depot in Stirling on a daily basis to collect Oxygen for delivery
- Delivering, installing and removing Oxygen Products for my client on behalf of the NHS in the East Edinburgh area.
- Ensuring deliveries match requirements on patients prescriptions.
- Working with local Depot Manager & Field Service Managers to achieve delivery of service.
- Liaising with the planning department to manage schedule
- Ensuring compliance with contractual KPI’s
- Treating patients with respect and empathy, delivering a quality service at all times
- Working safely, following all procedures & operating instructions
- Following all statutory compliance & governance procedures
- Inputting accurate data on to a mobile PDA device

Due to the nature of this position you must have a full clean driving licence and will need to complete an enhanced disclosure. You must have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable dealing with vulnerable people.
