St Margaret’s Hospice Care is looking for a Marketing Executive who can provide high quality marketing activity across a range of platforms and channels in support of our income. This role can be based in Taunton or Yeovil. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,400 per annum.

**What can you expect to be doing?**

This is a new role working primarily across the portfolio of fundraising products. As our Marketing Executive, you will help embed a marketing mix with a strong digital approach, building meaningful and lasting relationships with our online community and digital supporters, both existing and new.

Based within our dynamic Fundraising Team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement relevant strategies and tools to attract, convert and retain supporters across a range of events, campaigns, and fundraising activities. Ultimately, this is a active role and you will be able to work at pace across multiple teams to meet deadlines, KPIs, and income goals.

**Your day-to-day role will involve**:

- Leading on marketing and content creation for the fundraising team, promoting events and campaigns, and helping to grow income for the charity.
- Developing and delivering traditional advertising and high quality digital adverts, assets, and content, including digital display ads, blogs, vlogs, audio etc.
- Exploring digital trends, innovations, and new technologies that could be adopted to optimise fundraising success, e.g. new crowdfunding platforms, Artificial Intelligence, QR codes, mobile messaging, etc.
- Overseeing use of third-party fundraising and engagement platforms, such as Just Giving, Enthuse, Facebook Fundraising, and Give Penny, maximising their potential to increase engagement and income.
- Developing and implementing digital stewardship plans, communication plans, and donor journeys, ensuring that supporters receive a first class digital experience that enhances their engagement.
- Utilising social media platforms to their full fundraising potentional, creating targeted campaigns to build relationships and engagement.
