What Are We Looking For?

Our Travel team is looking for a Trainee Administrator to join our Inverness office on a permanent basis. You’ll be required to supporting the travel team and wider office management support team with general schedule travel for RSE employees as well as carrying out wider administrative support to the team.

This role is ideally suited to someone looking to gain an entry level position with an innovative Engineering business that have fantastic long term development opportunities.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

- To ensure all filing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- To organise and upload work packs.
- Arrange and book accommodation for RSE staff.
- To assist Office Manager with organisation of office logistics and filing
- Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.

What Do You Need?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a very good level of knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Have a very good administration knowledge and skills.
- Be able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- Be able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.
- Be a clear and concise communicator maintaining a polite and professional manner.
- Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- Be able to work well within a team environment.
