Trainee Sign Maker

We have an exciting opportunity for training and developing a enthusiastic trainee sign maker to join our small friendly team. We are looking for a committed, hard working individual with a great work ethic, people skills, flelixibility and good problem solving ,working to a very high standard.

The job role would involve sign making and vinyl work.

It is an interesting and challenging job for a great local company.

Trainee Sign Maker vacancy:

- Using plot cutters, laminators and printers
- Manufacturing a range of bespoke signs from scratch
- The use of power tools (drills, saws etc)
- The key skills and qualities we are looking for in an individual are the following and are a MUST:

- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Be able to take measurements and follow a brief
- Confident communicator and be able to ask questions when unsure
- Have a clean & tidy work ethic
- To demonstrate a mature, considered approach to workplace issues and relationships
- Be proactive, keen and enjoy environments where it is fast moving and every day is different
- Is passionate about wanting to learn a trade
- Able to listen, follow direction and take responsibility for the items they are making
- Driving licence preferable.

Willingness to travel:
