Trainee Sewing Machinist

Ben Wyvis Kilts is one of Scotland’s leading trade/customer providers of hand sewn kilts. We make made to measure garments for customers in the UK and worldwide with views to expanding in the very near future.

Due to a recent company growth we are currently in need of an new kilt maker to work within our newly refurbished workshop in the city centre.

This role is full time and hours of work as follows;
38 hours Mon-Fri
Overtime opportunities are also available during busy periods.

Salary can vary on experience - rate of pay can be discussed at interview.

There would however be and opportunity for piece work if required.

Essential Skills:

- Hand sewing experience is required.
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to listen, learn and adapt
