Trainee Accounts Administrator Monday to Friday

**Principal Job Responsibilities**
As a Trainee Accounts Administrator your duties will be assisting with the following:
- Maintenance of company ledgers
- Raising invoices for clients
- Dealing with invoice/accounts queries
- Allocating client receipts from bank statements / credit card
- Monthly /quarterly reconciliations
- Timely banking of cheque and cash receipts
- Take card payments from clients over telephone
- Credit Control
- E filing relevant paperwork
- Banking
- Liaising with other departments in respect of client accounts and transactions.

- Accuracy
- Professionalism/Telephone skills
- Team working/flexibility
Please note full Training will be provided for this position.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
