**Job Title**:Hospitality Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

**Trainee or Qualified Assessor Opportunity**

**Location**:Based from home, planning own diary and visiting learners around Aberdeen and Inverness (and surrounding area)

**Salary**: £25,500 - £26,500 (Dependent on qualifications & experience)

**Essential Criteria**:

- Must hold solid, occupational experience within Hospitality (Back of House or Front of House) at Management level.
- Ideally hold own NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality.
- Ideally have experience of working within the Retail sector at Management level
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.

**Duties include**:

- Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2, 3 and 4 across Front of House and Back of House specialisms (Retail delivery up to Level 4 if competent to do so).
- Delivering Core Skills to learners.
- Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and face-to-face learning).
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
