**ITV Apprentice
- Digital Application Support**

**Department-** Content, Supply & Distribution

**Office location
- **ITV White City London

**Office days**:Hybrid role, 2 days a week in the office. Potential expectation is full time in the office for first few months

**Duration**:21 months (This is a full time role from Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week)

**Qualification**: Level 3 Digital Support Technician

**Salary**: £25,000 - £27,000 (Reflective of London Living)

**The team**

The Salesforce support team supports ITVs multiple Salesforce platforms and connected technology. The team not only support and maintain the platform, but also develop and create new features on the platform, growing it out to other business units. The team have a strong collaboration culture and have daily check in with the other teams members discussing challenges and tasks for the day ahead. They also support each other by documenting issues, liaising with third parties for support, and research new features and technology which could be of benefit to the team.

**The role**

Salesforce Admin wears many hats Juggling user needs, security updates, automation flows, and reporting demands can be a constant mental sprint. Keeping pace with a fast-evolving platform, troubleshooting tricky data issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly - all under tight deadlines - requires quick thinking, problem-solving prowess, and the stamina of a marathoner. Oh, and did I mention managing user expectations amidst constant feature changes? It's a high-pressure role, but mastering it means being the hero behind a company's thriving customer relationship management system.

- Handle data securely and accurately.

- Provide excellent customer service through digital channels.
- Answer questions and offer support via digital platforms.

**Digital Information Systems**:

- Operate various digital information systems (management, finance, HR, etc.).
- Understand and manage bespoke departmental systems and databases.

**Communication and Learning**:

- Communicate effectively with different audiences using appropriate language.
- Independently learn and upskill using digital resources.

**Decision-Making and Analysis**:

- Assess the organisational impact of your decisions.
- Identify and analyse data to improve productivity and performance.

**Security and Support**:

- Maintain system security based on organisational policies.
- Support digital transformation initiatives.

**User Training and Empowerment**:

- Train and guide stakeholders on using digital systems effectively.
- Analyse system usage data and provide insights for development.
- Empower users by directing them to resources for resolving digital issues.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Diagnose and fix technical problems using various tools and techniques.
- Maintain end-user systems both physically and remotely.

- You will be technically literate, and will be ready to adapt to changing technologies and practices

- You’ll have the ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when under pressure and working to deadlines

**Entry Criteria**

For this apprenticeship, you need to have the below grades:
GCSE (or equivalent):

- Maths - Grade C/4 or above
- English Language or Literature - Grade C/4 or above
- A level computer science (desirable but not required)
