About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Recruitment Administrator to join our team in London.

Job Description

This 5-month fixed-term position will support hybrid working and involve meeting and greeting candidates, assisting with entry-level schemes, and providing an excellent welcome to ITV. The role requires arranging travel for team members, contributing to social media activity, and developing ideas for talent attraction strategies.

The ideal candidate will have solid administrative experience within a recruitment environment and be proficient in using a recruitment candidate database or application workflow system. We also encourage applications from Deaf, Disabled, and/or Neurodivergent people, as we strive to create a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting candidates, ensuring Hiring Managers receive full information via email templates within SLA timeframes.
  • Assisting with entry-level schemes, including facilitating assessment centres and interviews.
  • Providing an excellent welcome to ITV, ensuring rooms are prepared for interviews, phones are working, and paper is available.
  • Arranging travel for team members as required.
  • Contributing to social media activity, posting job adverts, and sharing updates and team news.
  • Developing ideas for talent attraction strategies.
  • Working with the Early Careers Manager to build relationships with organizations, charities, schools, colleges, and universities to support ongoing talent attraction and share information about ITV early career schemes.
  • Supporting the recruitment process for Early Careers schemes, such as Apprenticeships, Graduates, Work Experience, and Career Returners.
Requirements
  • Solid administrative experience within a recruitment environment.
  • Experience using a recruitment candidate database or application workflow system.
  • Demonstrated passion for TV, ITV programming, and popular culture.
