The Role

">

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Manager to join our Corporate Services division on a permanent basis. You will support our Technology, Finance and Legal teams, working closely with the People Business Partners in the implementation and delivery of strategic people plans and priorities for the division.

Your key responsibilities will include advising on ITV policy and process, supporting the implementation of a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, and collaborating with HR Ops and Services to ensure a comprehensive, seamless, and efficient HR service.

">

You will also be responsible for ensuring that new and amended policies, procedures, and toolkits are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders to provide absolute clarity and consistency in the application of policies across the business.

Salary and Benefits

">

The salary for this role is £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a generous holiday allowance, plus the option to buy more days off, as well as an annual bonus opportunity and competitive pension contribution.

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-profile organisation at HR Advisor level or equivalent.

">

You will also need to have demonstrable experience in identifying and resolving employee relations risks and issues, as well as a good working knowledge and understanding of UK Employment law and HR best practice initiatives.

">

A foundation in employment law and understanding of its application in a business context is essential, along with strong networking and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships to deliver both organisational and operational impacts of case management.
