Overview:
We are a startup company seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Assistant. As Project Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects. This is a part-time position that offers valuable experience and opportunities for growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to project manager
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and delivery arrangements
- Attending project sites to ensure streamlined installations
- Liasing with suppliers and logistic companies
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a coordinative or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
