**Job Summary**:
Our client is looking for a Tenant and Landlord Engagement Officer to join their team in increasing proactive engagement with landlords and tenants and residents' groups to renew an expand their property licensing schemes in the private rented sector.

**Duties**:

- Act as a liaison between tenants and landlords, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular check-ins with tenants to ensure their needs are being met and to address any maintenance or repair requests
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and handling security deposit returns
- Assist with lease renewals and rental agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide support to landlords in marketing their rental properties and attracting potential tenants
- Conduct property showings and assist with tenant screenings, including background checks and reference verifications
- Utilize property management software (Yardi) for data entry, record keeping, and generating reports
- Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all interactions

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to promote additional services or amenities to tenants
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £24.00-£32.00 per hour
