Our business support team is expanding due to growth and development of our organisation.

We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our busy Tenders and Service Development team at head office, based in the heart of Salisbury town centre.

This role will be a blended working style, consisting of 2 days in the head office (Salisbury town centre) and 3 days remote home-based working on a full-time basis, Monday to Thursday 9am -17:00pm and Fridays 9am -16:30pm.

During your induction period you will be required to work at head office 5 days per week, so as the team can support you face-to-face and introduce our systems.

Your Key Responsibilities in this role are including but not limited to:

- Sourcing and providing market research and intelligence as requested by service heads to assist development plans and execution
- Business support and maintenance of pricing schedules
- Managing the CRM and overview of commercial activity
- Liaison with communications around market intelligence and activity
- Disseminating tendering opportunities
- Organising and supporting the commercial decision-making process.
- Managing the tendering and bidding processes, setting time lines, progress chasing
- Proof-reading
- Checking contracts, liaising with legal as required
- Managing the contract ‘Sign off’ process and where appropriate IPA’s.
- Producing commercial and market intelligence reports for SLT and Board
- Supporting as requested in acquisitions

For this role you are required to have:

- Experience of analysing reports and data
- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent with a grade C or above in Maths and English
- High standard of written and spoken English
- IT literate - with a sound knowledge of Microsoft, Word, and Excel
- Desirable - experience of Microsoft Dynamics365
- Good Analytical Skills
- Flexible and organised approach to managing a varied workload
