We provide a combination of high-level consultancy services that identify software delivery risks for clients across different sectors and size. We implement the processes, tools and skills to deliver projects that focus on providing the client with certainty of delivery.

**What will your day job look like?**

As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we deliver value for our client and help them achieve their goals through technical oversight of our client delivery teams and forging strong trust-based relationships with our client stakeholders.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead, Service Delivery Principal or similar role, with a track record of identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
- Draw out the detail, analyse complex issues and identify solutions and areas for improvement.
- Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite.
- Champion designing in quality throughout the delivery pipeline.
- Provide technical oversight for our client based quality engineering teams. Provide strong leadership for our client facing and internal quality engineering teams.

- A collaborative, solution focused, action oriented and results driven individual.
- Fully conversant with a range of delivery methodologies, quality engineering principles and industry best practices.
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software products for clients.
- Demonstrable track record of coaching, mentoring and leading Quality Engineering teams.
- Technically knowledgeable across Cloud Platforms, Containerisation and CI/CD technologies, and automation and tooling frameworks.
- Broad experience across a range of industry sectors with prior consultancy experience preferred.
- A thirst for learning staying updated with emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in the field of quality engineering.
- Awareness of AI and ML capabilities and opportunities to enhance quality engineering practices.
