Support the Head of Induction & STAM to achieve 90% compliance across all staff groups.

Review and revise training requirements in accordance with CQC, Core Skills Training Framework, legislative and other external requirements

Deliver the Trust Induction Welcome session with the Induction Manager and Facilitator.

Facilitate the Trust Induction day in the absence of the Induction Manager and Facilitator.

Provide information, advice and guidance to managers and staff on the statutory and mandatory training requirements for all professions across on Trust.

Provide excellent questioning and listening skills, with the ability to elicit information in a non-judgemental manner, summarising information and reflecting this back.

Display a confident, proactive collaborative approach, with positive interpersonal skills, when communicating with team members, HR colleagues and the wide range of staff at all levels representing the diverse workforce within the Trust.

Translate and communicate expert technical advice in a clear, concise and understandable manner.

Act as a role model by demonstrating excellent communication and listening skills to staff and customers/patients.

Present and provide updates on projects to senior colleagues and team members

Work with the communications team to develop regular communications on STAM and Induction training.

Support the Head of Induction & STAM to achieve 90% compliance across all staff groups.

Provide regular reports on performance to senior department managers seeking feedback and improvement suggestions.

Review and revise training requirements in accordance with CQC, Core Skills Training Framework, legislative and other external requirements. Develop new courses and reporting processes as required

Produce regular management information reports and analysis to members of the management team, other stakeholders and Trust leadership.

Identify areas for improvement in systems, processes and procedures that will improve the service, seeking agreement and taking issues forward with appropriate support. Implement an action plan and ensure that any decisions regarding changed methods are communicated to the team.

Monitor, evaluate, and recommend changes to the programme of STAM training in accordance with national requirements and delegate feedback.

Adapt training programmes, sometimes at short notice, to meet operational needs.

Manage own time effectively to embrace the diverse nature of the workload, prioritising workload to accommodate unpredictable ad-hoc requests and new initiatives (National and local).

Provide and receive complex information from and about staff training and be able to handle it sensitively and appropriately

Able to analyse complex data or facts to support changes and use during programmes.

Coach, and support the Training & Development Administration team.

Oversee and ensure standards are met by Subject Matter Experts and other educational professionals working within the service.
