We are looking for an experience Head of Operations to oversee c.55 client accounts across the South of England.

You will organise and lead the catering business across the area in accordance with and to the standards required by Compass Group UK & Ireland and the client whilst being responsible for the overall profitability of operations under your control. You will ensure retention and development of all contracts to maximise their operational and financial performance. You will be managing client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner to ensure compliance and company polices are adhered to, whilst driving service to a level that excess new and existing customer requirements.

You will also be responsible for reviewing business performance and ensuring delivery of key financial targets in line with management and performance reporting, whilst demonstrating commercial value to direct reports, line manager and leadership teams in line with our vision, values and overall business strategy whilst also developing your operational teams within your region.

**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- ** Operational Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional catering services.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the highest levels of service and food quality.
- ** Financial Management**: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability through effective resource allocation and financial planning.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- ** Innovation**: Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall catering experience.
