The Child and Families pilot in Anglesey is a public health programme designed to support implementation of the Healthy Weight Healthy Wales strategy, with a particular focus on the delivery of a whole systems approach to overweight and obesity prevention and management in children.
Working as part of the Anglesey Children and Families project team, the post holder will provide full administrative support to the Team.
This post is fixed term for 17 months to meet the needs of the service.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post

This will require the post holder to manage diaries resolving conflicting diary appointments, organise professional meetings (e.g. project steering and partnership group meetings), prepare meeting papers and take minutes of meetings. The postholder will record and collate data, source and provide information when required, to include report collation. The post holder will support the administration associated with the identification and referral of children and families, including management of the referral process and scheduling of sessions with family support workers. The role will also include the scheduling of educational or training sessions, which may include the need to book venues or support virtual attendance at meetings and the administration associated with this.
Working as part of the team the postholder will be the first point of contact for the team; to both internal and external stakeholders including families and the general public.. The postholder will also receive and welcome visitors to the assigned premises.
