**The Job**

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the finance department by assisting with various financial tasks and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by entering data into the accounting system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the finance department
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
