**About The Role**:
Hybrid role - 2 days a week in the office, 3 days a week at home.

**Salary**: £22,692 plus Bonus and Benefits

Hours, Monday - Friday

**What is the job?**

You will be responsible for contacting our existing members, building rapport and being the expert when it comes to the benefits of being with Vitality. The purpose of this role is all about adding value to our members, informing them how to get more out of their cover and to shout about our vitality rewards. We know our customers who use our rewards value them and come back year after year, your role will ensure all our customers do the same.

During your induction you will be trained on both inbound and outbound calls as you may need to support some renewals activity. Don't worry, you will receive full training

**What will I be doing?**
- Outbound calls to existing members promoting our benefits and rewards.
- Accurately inputting data
- Adhering to our Quality requirements
- Taking responsibility to manage own personal development and ensuring product, process and market knowledge is accurate and up to date
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal contacts and departments
