**The role: Programmes Administrator**

**Location: Cheltenham or London (hybrid/remote)**

**Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week**

**About the role**
- Acting as first point of contact in our help desk space - providing high quality support to specified clients, your focus will be to co-ordinate internal resources and to ensure key tasks are delivered in line with required learning outcomes (pre-course administration)**A day in the life of a Programmes Administrator at QA**
- Create and maintain project plans and track progress to ensure successful delivery of projects and programmes
- Liaise internally with colleagues to ensure all milestones and quality standards are achieved
- Proactively identify and raise issues that risk project delivery
- Develop solutions to risks or escalate as necessary to ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate them
- Monitor project and programme outcomes in order to capture evidence of successful learning
- Deliver high levels of customer service to assist the wider sales team in developing strategic client relationships

**About you**
- Strong customer service and administration experience (Ideally 2 years +)
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders/clients
- Experience within a target delivery driven/task orientated environment
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Co-ordination and events planning skills desirable, but not essential
