**Customer Service & Admin Executive**

**Your new role**:
Reporting to the Site Support Manager, and as part of a small team, you will be:

- Ensuring that all customer issues are dealt with efficiently and directly or by effective liaison with the site teams;
- Acting as the link between the customer and the Production/Transport teams;
- Ensuring efficient administration support is provided to the site.

The role is offered on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

We are looking for someone who has previous customer service experience as a starter and good admin skills. You will also need to be IT literate, calm under pressure, possess excellent communication skills - both verbally and written, and have superior attention to detail. You will need eligibility to work in the UK.
