**CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSISTANTS REQUIRED**

**£20,191.64 per annum**

**Cheltenham**

**Full Time vacancies available**

**Annual retention bonus of £2,000 (pro-rata), plus a holiday allowance of 30 days holiday per year, including Bank Holidays, plus 2.5 Privilege days per year, increasing to 35 days after 5 years service.**

We are looking to grow our existing Customer Services team at this prestigious site in Cheltenham, We have full time vacancies available covering shifts between 6:30am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- To work as a member of the G4S Customer Services Hub providing a variety of effective, well organized and efficient services, providing a high level of customer service.
- To work flexibly between the G4S Customer Services teams to ensure the delivery of the following services:

- G4S Admin (including Locker Management and Car Park Management)
- Desk Management Service
- Integrated Customer Service Centre / Switchboard
- Visitor Reception Centre o Conference and Training Service
- FOCUS
- Answer, screen, administer or transfer inbound calls as requiredResolve administrative problems and inquiries.
- Prepare written responses to routine enquiriesAssist with queries, complaints and general enquiriesLiaise with key stakeholders, internal business partners, customers and clients.
- Follow up high priority works/requests to ensure the customer contact is fully informedUndertake general clerical duties as required.
- Be prepared to undertake provide cover during times of peak demand or during staff absencesTo keep your line manager informed of all service-related issues.
- Working safely and efficiently and with due regard for own health and safety and the health and safety and the welfare of others including, Company staff, Authority staff, contractors and members of the public etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
**Essential Criteria**:

- High level of IT skills including MS Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Enthusiastic and flexible.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

You must also be willing to undergo and obtain extended security clearance in order to commence employment with us.** On commencement of employment there is also a 'Golden Hello' 2.5% of annual salary payment**
