**Job Description**:
**Make your mark as a Fleet Crewing Administrator at Gardline**

We are currently looking to recruit a Fleet Crewing Administrator to join our established team. This position is a 9-12-month fixed term contract role to cover the remainder of maternity leave. The role is pivotal in supporting and providing a proactive and comprehensive service to effectively support the needs of the Fleet Crewing Department within Gardline Ltd.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Administrating Seanique, uploading certificates, sign on\off of crew, adding contracts and wage scales
- Compiling \ completing end of month rotation sheets for UMS\VHKG\CPSM crew.
- Submitting crew overtime \ laundry figures for Indonesian \ Filipino crew each month.
- Assisting with booking of Short courses for Marine crew.
- Raising Purchase orders.
- Calling crew members to confirm availability to join vessel \ receipt of travel details.
- Any Ad-hoc duties they may be required to support the department.

**Qualifications**:
**Your qualities**

You can make your mark as a Fleet Crewing Administrator if you have:

- 3 GCSCE graded A-C, two of which should be in English Language and Mathematics.
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration. (Desirable)
