Travel Coordinator

As a Travel Coordinator at Gardline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of travel arrangements for our survey operations. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate, manage, and execute all travel-related tasks, ensuring optimum service delivery and meeting project expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute travel provision for personnel allocated to survey vessels and other company travel requests
- Arrange bookings for flights, hire cars, accommodation, taxis, trains, ferries, and other forms of transport as required
- Provide timely communication to personnel regarding travel dates and times
- Offer support and liaison for onshore and offshore personnel regarding travel issues
- Liaise, monitor, and record costs with travel agents for flight information, hire cars, and hotel bookings
- Process purchase orders and credit card expenditures on company finance systems
- Collaborate with Crewing Officers to apply personnel visa and work permits
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Desirable: offshore survey industry and/or travel experience
- Competency in IT skills
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Level 2 Maths & English or equivalent GCSE Grade C or above
- Desirable: previous Crew management and/or travel Management qualification
